What you get when you buy the Anchor Points guide or toolkit, and what we promise if something doesn't work.

What you're buying

Anchor Points: A Guide for Adult Children of Aging Parents and the Anchor Points Toolkit are digital products from Anchor Down Home Care LLC, d/b/a Anchor Down Care Management. You can download them right after purchase. The guide is a PDF, and the tools are fillable PDFs you can complete on screen or print on standard letter paper.

Free updates

Your purchase includes free updates to this first edition, including Parts Three through Five and their tools, through December 31, 2026. We send each update to the email address you used at checkout, so please use one you check. Future editions may be offered separately.

Using your files

Your purchase is for you and your own family. Print as many copies as your family needs, and share filled-in pages with the people helping care for your loved one. Please don't resell, post or pass along the files themselves. If a sibling or friend would find them useful, point them to our Family Resources page.

All sales are final

Because the guide and tools download instantly, we can't take them back once they're delivered, so we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. The free Medication List and Change Log on our Family Resources page is a good way to see our tools before you buy.

If something doesn't work

If a file won't open, a download link has expired, or a fillable form doesn't work on your device, email us and we'll send a working copy right away. If we can't fix the problem, we'll refund your purchase in full.

After a refund

Refunded purchases are no longer licensed for use, and free updates to this edition are no longer sent to that email address.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Prices and sales tax

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.
