Anchor Down Care Management provides non-medical care management and family coordination. We do not provide medical care, nursing, diagnosis or treatment, and we are not a home health agency.

Not an emergency service

If you or your loved one is in danger or having a medical emergency, call 911. Our crisis line is for urgent planning help, not emergency response.

No guarantees

Every family and situation is different. We work hard to keep our information accurate and current, but laws, programs, costs and resources change. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on general information from this site or our materials.
