Who we are
This website is run by Anchor Down Home Care LLC, doing business as Anchor Down Care Management ("we," "us"), a care management practice serving North Georgia and metro Atlanta.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a consultation or download a free tool, we collect what you type into the form, such as your name, phone number, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your situation.
Information you share while working with us. If you become a client, you may share details about your loved one's health, medications, finances, home and family. We collect only what we need to help.
Information from purchases. When you buy the Anchor Points guide or toolkit, we collect your name, email address and billing details through our online store. Payments are handled by Wix Payments; we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and its host (Wix) use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand general traffic, such as which pages are visited. This does not tell us who you are.
How we use it
- To call you back and answer your questions
- To send you the download you asked for
- To deliver your purchase, send the free updates included with it to the email address you used at checkout, and help if a file doesn't work
- To keep the records we need for taxes and accounting
- To provide, schedule and bill for our services
- To send occasional helpful resources if you signed up for them. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep our site secure and working well
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share details about your family with anyone outside our practice without your permission, except as described below.
When we share information
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website and form host, email provider and payment processor. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Providers and referrals you approve. With your permission, we may share relevant details with doctors, attorneys, home care agencies or other professionals involved in your loved one's care.
- When the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety in an emergency.
Health and care details
We treat health, medication and care information you share as confidential. We share it only with your permission, to coordinate care you have asked us to coordinate, or when required by law.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please call us rather than emailing highly sensitive details such as Social Security or account numbers.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. Just call or email us. We may need to keep some records when the law requires it.
Children
Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, including retailers. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
